Now we need to configure sheetcam to match the Mach3 machine setup. The cutting parameters shown are made up values for this demonstration only.
In operation, we will zero the Z axis to the top of the material before running a part program.
Edit: for parts with holes I've had to check "Reverse Cut Direction" in the jet cutting operation settings, or else it cuts backwards. Inside holes should cut counter-clockwise and outer perimeter cuts should run clockwise, because plasma cuts better on one side, same as climb-cutting in milling operations. In this video it doesn't matter because there are no holes.
