Do you have a dxf for the backround and foreground? I have tried to upsize the backround but it doesn't line up for me.im new to this and am just learning our plasma machine.

Im using a peddinghaus cnc plasma with
Shopdata systems as the software to run the dxf everytime I scale the file it does not work.
Can some one here scale to size for me?
X left to right = 17 inch minimum
Y = 10 Inch Maxium
Any dimension close to these should work!.

the DXF caused problems for someone in inkscape because the curves were segmented into a bunch of short line segments which had 8695 nodes on 4302 segments
inkscape probably has similar commands but here's how I fixed it in corel draw
1) select all
2) run join-curves
3) combine
4) node-reduce - level 10
5) set smooth type on all nodes
now it has 860 nodes on 34 segments
that's a simple fix but I also redrew it a little bolder and smoother (see next post)
